About the Relationship

Valley Pharmacy, based in Childwall, Liverpool, has been serving its local community for more than 20 years. Currently run by Callum Mcdermaid, a pharmacist with over a decade of experience and three years in the aesthetics sector, the pharmacy recently expanded into Valley Pharmacy Aesthetics, a reliable, one-stop destination for regulated aesthetic products.

“We aim to make aesthetics accessible and safe for every practitioner. No order is too big or too small - and every product we supply is sourced from trusted, regulated manufacturers,” says Callum.

Valley Pharmacy’s aesthetics division currently serves Merseyside with an efficient delivery network and will soon offer next-day delivery across the UK, ensuring clinics locally and nationwide have fast access to the products they need.

Meanwhile, at iD CLINICA, we’ve built our brand on the belief that education transforms practice. Every course, product, and mentoring session we offer is designed to be evidence-based, relevant, and practitioner-focused. We don’t just sell, we teach, support, and listen. Our learning hub in Birkdale, Southport, has become a trusted resource for medical professionals seeking to expand their skills and confidence in aesthetic practice.
